LifeTime Lumber requires little maintenance, yet it has the appearance of wood and working properties similar to those of wood – meaning it can be sawed, as well as screwed and nailed together with regular woodworking tools. LifeTime Lumber will not rot and termites will not eat it. What’s more it resists fire, water absorption, expansion/contraction, mold and mildew.

LifeTime Lumber is composed of at least 60%SCS-MC-01364_f_350 recycled fly ash – a byproduct from electric utility plants, and conforms to recycled content criteria under the LEED® Green Building Rating System™. LifeTime Lumber combines the beauty of a wood-like appearance with the longevity of a composite product, and is the only composite product that contains absolutely no wood.
